The Principal Cohort is designed for sitting K–12 principals who want to sharpen their instructional leadership and build a clear, actionable academic vision for their school. It’s a high-rigor, high-support experience for leaders ready to grow.

Over ten months, you’ll move from managing a building to leading instruction – supported by a cohort of peers and ongoing coaching grounded in your own school’s goals.
